Dr Michael Habib
Qualifications: MBBS. FRACGP, AMC
Dr Michael Habib is a dedicated General Practitioner with a broad range of clinical expertise and a strong commitment to the health and wellbeing of the local community. I am proud to serve the residents of Warragamba, Silverdale, Mulgoa and Wallacia, and I look forward to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families in these areas.
I hold a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), as well as accreditation from the Australian Medical Council (AMC) and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
My areas of special interest include skin cancer screening and skin cancer surgery. I perform a variety of clinical procedures, including the removal of lipomas, sebaceous cysts, ingrown toenails, foreign bodies, and skin cysts. I also offer treatment for skin conditions such as steroid injections for alopecia and keloid scars.
In addition to dermatological care, I provide comprehensive women’s health services, including contraception advice, pregnancy follow-ups, and Implanon® insertion and removal.
I am experienced in managing chronic health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and autoimmune diseases, and take a patient-centred approach to obesity management, male health, and children’s health.
With a focus on preventative care and tailored treatment plans, I aim to support each patient on their journey to better health.

Dr Nervin Makar
Qualifications: MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Nervin Makar is an Australian trained doctor. She has been practising general practice for 14 years with a special interest in women health, paediatric, chronic disease management, and weight loss management. She also does minor surgical procedures, Implanon insertion, removal, and skin cancer checks.

Dr Tiny Anthony
MBBS, Emergency Medicine Certificate
Dr Tiny is an experienced medical doctor with a strong background in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, and emergency medicine, shaped by work in both international and Australian settings. My most recent role has been in the Emergency Department at Campbelltown Hospital.
She has a strong interest in paediatrics, women’s health, chronic disease management, and minor procedures.

Dr Dayalya Elwalage
MBBS
Dr. Dayliya Elwalage is a compassionate and highly skilled General Practitioner committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. With over 10 years of diverse clinical experience across Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics, she brings a well-rounded, practical approach to family and community healthcare.
She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Her medical career has taken her across both Sri Lanka and Australia, where she has gained valuable experience in a wide range of clinical settings.
Dr. Elwalage served as a Resident Medical Officer in the Emergency Department at Campbelltown Hospital, NSW, for nearly two years. Prior to this, she worked as a Medical Officer in Intensive Care, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Anaesthesiology at several major hospitals in Sri Lanka.
Known for her thorough clinical assessments and clear, empathetic communication, Dr. Elwalage is dedicated to building trusted, long-term relationships with her patients. Her areas of special interest include preventative care, women’s health, child health, chronic disease management, and acute care medicine.
